How long does a website take?
A landing page usually takes 3–5 days, a Starter site about 2 weeks and a Business site about 4, once we have your content (text, logo and photos). The biggest delay is usually waiting on content, so we help you pull it together.
What do I need to get started?
Just a 30-minute chat. We'll work out what you need, then send a fixed quote. If you have a logo, photos or an existing site, great. If not, we'll help.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, the site, its content and your domain are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
Do I have to sign up for a care plan?
No, but most clients do. Websites need hosting, updates and backups to stay fast and secure. A care plan covers all of that for a flat monthly fee, so you never have to think about it.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Absolutely. We'll review what's working and what isn't, keep anything worth keeping, and rebuild the rest. We'll also make sure you don't lose your Google rankings in the move.
Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?
We focus on Brisbane & South East Queensland because we like meeting clients in person, but we're happy to work with businesses anywhere in Australia.
